  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, delivery address, and the weight and dimensions of the product. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—please check our website or sign up for updates!

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment in real time through our carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your product is packaged securely. However, if your DualPool product arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
  2. For lost shipments, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
